This 0.3-0.8mm Snap Lock Standing Seam Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine supports processing PPGI, galvanized steel sheet and aluminum sheet. It features auto width adjustment from 300mm to 530mm and PLC control system for stable and easy operation.
The whole line includes a 5-ton passive decoiler, with an optional 5-ton hydraulic decoiler equipped with coil car. It is equipped with film covering and wool felt device to protect the panel surface from scratches. Optional working units are available: manual pre-cutting device, hydraulic pre-punching device, roll punching device, hydraulic cutting device and bending units.
Finished snap lock standing seam panels are widely used for villas, residential houses, warehouses, workshops and commercial roofing projects. The machine produces panels with neat profile, precise dimension and reliable quality.
