Description

This machine can do normal material thickness 0.25mm-0.8mm, the standard or more used in international market is Gauge 26 (0.45-0.5mm), working raw material is Color steel, PPGI, Galvanized steel, Galvalume steel etc, but we also can do thin material 0.12mm-0.45mm thickness, thin material can produce more roof panels under the same weight of steel coil, this machine includes manual decoiler, roll forming system, hydraulic cutting device and 6meters out put table to receive the finished products, the normal speed is up to 12m/min, also we can do high speed 30-40m/min, this machine includes automatic decoiler, roll forming system, hydraulic cutting device, 3meters conveyor belts and 6 meters or 12 meters auto stackers to receive the finished products.
