Description

Warehouse upright roll forming machine is widely used in producing heavy duty and light duty upright post. This machine can do material thickness 1.5-3.0mm with raw material Cold-rolled Steel, Galvanized Coil, Carbon steel.

The upright rack machine includes decoiler, Feeding and Leveling Device, 80T Punching press device, main forming machine, servo following hydraulic cutting device, the Frequency converter controls the motor speed, the PLC system controls length and quantity automatically.

The rack upright size 70mm, 90mm, 100mm and 110mm is popular, if the profile is similar, we can change the size by spacer manually to save costs, otherwise to use cassette to change the size.

Our produced profile meet ISO, CE , UL standards, and our machine is applied to Warehouse, supermarket, industry or home.
