Two Customized Roll Forming Machines Leave Our Factory for Brazil

12 Dec

December 11 marked an important moment for our company as two fully customized roll forming machines were carefully loaded into shipping containers and prepared for transit to Brazil. This shipment includes a multi-size LGS roll forming machine and a 2-in-1 roof batten roll forming machine, both of which were designed, assembled, and tested according to the specific production goals of our Brazilian customer. Earlier this year, the same customer purchased an overhead crane from us, which has already been delivered and put into operation, demonstrating his confidence in our equipment and our technical expertise.

Next-Generation Multi-Size LGS Roll Forming Machine

The multi-size LGS roll forming machine is a core highlight of this shipment. Engineered to provide exceptional flexibility, the machine is capable of producing six variations of C-shaped and U-shaped light-gauge steel profiles. These are widely used in lightweight steel structures, modular buildings, wall systems, and interior framing.

What sets this machine apart is its high level of automation. It features a durable industrial control computer that manages all dimension adjustments electronically. Instead of manually changing tooling positions, operators can easily modify width and height settings through the touch-screen interface. The machine then performs automatic adjustments with high precision, ensuring consistency across all production runs.

To further improve efficiency, the machine is equipped with an HP inkjet marking system, enabling direct printing on steel profiles during the forming process. Whether used for part identification, batch coding, or installation marking, the system supports better workflow management and enhanced traceability—important for project-based construction environments.

Compact and Efficient 2-in-1 Roof Batten Roll Forming Machine

The second machine in the shipment is the 2-in-1 roof batten roll forming machine, a practical solution for manufacturers who require multiple roofing batten profiles without investing in two separate production lines. The engineering team integrated two profile stations into a shared-shaft structure, arranging them side by side within the same machine frame.

This innovative design allows users to switch between profiles without performing extensive mechanical adjustments. Although the machine produces one profile at a time, its compact structure, reduced footprint, and cost-effective configuration make it ideal for customers managing limited workshop space or seeking a strategic balance between cost and production capability.

In fast-growing construction markets such as Brazil, the demand for flexible and efficient machinery continues to rise. This model meets the needs of customers who value affordability without compromising performance or durability.

A Continued Commitment to the Brazilian Market

The dispatch of these two machines underscores our dedication to serving customers in Brazil—a country where steel construction, industrial manufacturing, and prefabricated building systems are experiencing accelerated development. Our customer’s decision to place multiple orders highlights the reliability of our machinery and our team’s ability to understand diverse production requirements.

As the machines head toward their destination, we remain committed to providing installation guidance, technical support, and long-term service. We believe this shipment will significantly enhance the customer’s production capabilities and support his ongoing business expansion in the Brazilian construction and metal-forming industries.

We will continue working closely with global partners to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable roll forming solutions that address the evolving needs of the industry.
