Each integrated line consists of a Servo Cutting Slotted Solar Uni Strut Roll Forming Machine (1.5–2.5mm material thickness, height adjustable design) paired with a 80 Ton Punching Press. The whole production system is tailor-made to fabricate slotted solar uni strut profiles used for solar panel support and photovoltaic mounting structures.

The roll forming machine is designed for material thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 2.5mm. Thanks to the height-adjustable profile design, the finished uni struts can fit various solar installation requirements across Australian solar farm projects. Equipped with servo-controlled cutting unit, the machine achieves precise cut-to-length, stable operation and high production efficiency.

The matched 80 ton punching press performs pre-punching of multiple holes and slots on steel coils ahead of roll forming. It guarantees accurate hole positioning and consistent punching quality. With two full sets delivered, our Australian client can greatly expand their output of PV mounting struts to meet booming local renewable energy demand.
