This auto adjustable C U stud and track drywall roll forming machine is well-received in Mexico’s construction industry. It can produce perforated C stud with dimple holes, pipe holes and embossed logo, as well as unpunched U track. The logo is punched together with pipe holes, and kurling processing is completed by forming rolls.

   The machine supports galvanized steel material ranging from 1.0mm to 2.0mm in thickness. The working width is adjustable from 2 inches to 8 inches, with available heights of 41mm and 63.5mm. Both width and height can be adjusted automatically. Equipped with 16 forming stations, its production speed reaches 0-12m/min. Driven by an 11KW servo motor, the equipment ensures stable running and high forming precision.
