31 Jan

January 30 marked an exceptionally busy and meaningful day for our factory, as our production, logistics, and technical teams worked together from morning until late evening to complete a major shipment for a valued customer from Malaysia. Throughout the entire day, we focused on one mission: successfully loading and dispatching three complete roll forming production lines into three 40-foot containers, ensuring everything was packed, protected, and prepared to meet international shipping standards.
This shipment included a total of three machines, all carefully customized and tested according to the customer’s requirements. The machines shipped were one ladder cable tray roll forming machine, one ladder cable tray punching machine, and one strut channel roll forming machine. Together, these three machines form a solid and efficient solution for cable management and structural support systems, which are widely used in industrial buildings, infrastructure projects, commercial facilities, and electrical installations.
The ladder cable tray roll forming machine is designed to produce strong and precise ladder-type cable trays, ensuring excellent load-bearing capacity and long-term durability. Paired with the ladder cable tray punching machine, the system allows for accurate hole punching and consistent production efficiency. This combination enables manufacturers to meet high standards in both appearance and performance, while also improving productivity and reducing manual labor.
Among the three machines shipped, the strut channel roll forming machine deserves special attention. Over time, based on market feedback and real customer needs, we have successfully developed this machine into a standardized product. This standardization is not just about simplifying design; it is about delivering a practical, reliable, and highly accessible solution for customers who are new to this business or planning to expand their production capacity step by step.
One of the most important features of our strut channel roll forming machine is its streamlined production line design. Unlike traditional systems that rely on large, heavy punching presses, our machine adopts a servo tracking punching and tracking cutting system. This innovative design allows punching and cutting operations to be performed in sync with the roll forming process, without the need for massive standalone presses.

As a result, the overall production line becomes much more compact and efficient. Customers can save significantly on initial investment costs, factory floor space, and installation requirements. This is especially valuable for new entrepreneurs or small-to-medium-sized manufacturers who may have limited workshop space but still want professional-level production capabilities.
In addition to cost and space savings, the servo tracking punching and cutting system also improves operational simplicity. The entire line is designed to be easy to understand and operate, even for teams with limited prior experience in roll forming equipment. With a user-friendly control system and stable automation, operators can quickly become familiar with the machine, reducing training time and minimizing the risk of operational errors.
On January 30, our team followed strict quality control and packaging procedures throughout the loading process. Each machine was carefully inspected, wrapped, and secured inside the containers to ensure safe transportation over long distances. From structural reinforcement to moisture protection, every detail was handled with precision to guarantee that the machines would arrive in Malaysia in perfect condition.
This shipment is more than just a delivery; it reflects the trust our Malaysian customer has placed in us and our technology. It also demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing efficient, cost-effective, and beginner-friendly roll forming solutions to the global market. As international demand continues to grow, we remain dedicated to innovation, standardization, and customer-oriented design, helping our partners build strong foundations for long-term success.
