Final Two Machines Prepared for Shipment to Australia as Major Six-Machine Order Reaches Completion

30 Jan

On January 26, our manufacturing facility was filled with focused activity and a strong sense of accomplishment as two complete roll forming production lines were carefully loaded into shipping containers and prepared for transport to Shanghai Port. These machines represent the final shipment of a major order placed by one of our valued customers from Australia, marking the successful completion of a six-machine procurement project.

This order is particularly meaningful for our company, not only because of its scale, but also because it reflects a high level of trust built through technical communication, customized engineering, and consistent manufacturing quality. The Australian customer placed a one-time order for six roll forming machines to support the expansion of their local production capacity. With the shipment of these final two machines, the full order has now been completed according to schedule.

The two machines shipped on January 26 include a Wall Panel Roll Forming Machine and a 2 in 1 U Channel and Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine. Both machines were designed and manufactured based on the customer’s specific production requirements, local market standards, and site conditions.

The Wall Panel Roll Forming Machine was customized with an integrated punching device, allowing holes to be punched directly on the formed panels during the roll forming process. This additional function significantly improves production efficiency by eliminating the need for secondary punching operations. By combining roll forming and punching into one continuous production line, the customer will be able to reduce labor costs, shorten processing time, and improve consistency and accuracy in the final products. The punching system was carefully engineered to match the panel profile and material thickness, ensuring stable operation even during high-speed production.

The second machine, the 2 in 1 U Channel and Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine, demonstrates our commitment to smart and cost-effective equipment design. Instead of producing two separate machines for U channel and wall angle profiles, our engineering team developed a solution that integrates both profiles into a single machine. The two forming systems are arranged side by side on one production line, allowing the customer to produce either profile using the same machine frame and control system.

This dual-profile design offers clear advantages. It helps the customer save on initial equipment investment, reduces factory floor space requirements, and simplifies maintenance and operator training. For customers working with multiple profiles but limited workshop space, this type of solution provides excellent flexibility and long-term economic value.

Before loading, both machines underwent full assembly, alignment, and trial operation in our factory. Key components such as rollers, shafts, punching units, cutting systems, and electrical controls were thoroughly inspected. Our technicians ensured that each machine met the agreed technical specifications and operated smoothly before being packed for overseas shipment. After inspection, the machines were securely packed and loaded into containers using professional lifting and fixing procedures to ensure safety during transportation.

Once shipped from Shanghai Port, the containers will be transported by sea to Australia, where the machines will be installed and commissioned at the customer’s facility. With these machines in operation, the customer will be able to enhance their production capability for wall panels, U channels, and wall angles, serving both residential and commercial construction projects.

The successful completion of this six-machine order highlights our company’s ability to manage large-scale international projects, deliver customized solutions, and maintain reliable delivery schedules. We appreciate the trust and cooperation of our Australian customer and look forward to supporting them in future projects, technical upgrades, and production expansion.
