Installation of KR18 standing seam roof sheets requires metal clips to secure the sheets in place. For these clips, we typically recommend our fully automated Clip Roll Forming Machine, which can produce clips efficiently with minimal labor. However, understanding that some clients have budget limitations, we also offer a manual alternative.

In this case, the Costa Rican client opted for the manual solution. To accommodate this, we provided a 3-meter manual bending machine along with a 110V single-phase hydraulic cutting machine. The manual bending machine allows the client to form clip shapes by hand, while the hydraulic cutter enables precise cutting into smaller pieces. Although this method is more labor-intensive and slower compared to the automatic process, it is highly cost-effective and perfectly aligns with the client’s project plan and budget constraints.
