April 22, 2025 — With the successful completion of a Middle East business tour and exhibition series earlier this year, our company is proud to announce the shipment of a C89 light steel framing machine to the United Arab Emirates. This delivery is not only a result of careful planning and technical expertise, but also a reflection of the trust and mutual understanding developed through face-to-face meetings with clients across Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
The shipment being prepared today follows an intense and rewarding journey in January 2025, during which our team traveled to the heart of the Middle East to engage directly with construction professionals, contractors, and industrial manufacturers. Our goal: to showcase our machines, understand regional needs more clearly, and build long-term collaborations. That mission has now come full circle with the dispatch of our C89 machine to one of the most vibrant construction markets in the region.
The journey began in Qatar, a country rapidly expanding its infrastructure and building capacity. Here, our team engaged with both existing and prospective customers, offering demonstrations, presenting technical documentation, and discussing project solutions in person. While Qatar was not the destination of the shipped machine, our time there laid a strong foundation of trust and brand awareness, helping us gain deeper insights into the unique preferences of Gulf construction firms.
From Qatar, our next destination was the United Arab Emirates, where we took part in the annual SteelFab exhibition—one of the largest trade shows for metal and steel fabrication in the Middle East. Held in Sharjah, this high-profile event attracted manufacturers, builders, and innovators from all over the world. Our booth featured a comprehensive overview of our light steel framing machine range, with the C89 model as the centerpiece.
The C89 machine received immediate attention from exhibition attendees, many of whom were looking for compact, reliable, and easy-to-operate solutions for light steel framing applications. Unlike larger industrial systems, the C89 offers flexible profile customization, high-speed operation, and automated punching and cutting features. It is ideally suited for producing steel studs, tracks, and structural members used in modern framing projects, whether residential, commercial, or modular.
What set our exhibition presence apart was the live demonstration of the machine’s technical features, along with on-site consultations by our engineering team. One of the visitors, representing a UAE-based construction company specializing in modular housing, was particularly interested in the machine’s adaptability and ease of use. Over the course of the event, our discussions deepened, and by the end of the exhibition, we had finalized the sale of one C89 machine. Today’s shipment is the result of that successful deal.
After SteelFab, our journey continued into Saudi Arabia, where we participated in the Mactech exhibition. This event brought us to Riyadh and provided yet another opportunity to network with local industry leaders. But perhaps the most impactful part of our Saudi visit was an invitation from one of our longtime clients to tour their manufacturing facility. The site visit gave us a clear picture of how local companies are operating and the challenges they face in machine efficiency and maintenance.
Walking through the client's production lines, we observed multiple roll forming machines at work. While many of the machines were still producing at reasonable efficiency levels, there were noticeable opportunities for optimization. Our technical team offered several valuable suggestions on-site, including modifications to roll sets, improved lubrication systems, and recommendations for operator training that could reduce errors and extend machine life.
The client expressed deep appreciation for our honest and practical guidance. Though no immediate purchase was made during the Saudi visit, we believe the conversations we had and the expertise we shared laid the groundwork for future collaboration. In an industry driven by performance and trust, such exchanges can be more valuable than transactions.
Now, as we prepare the C89 machine for shipment, our logistics and technical support teams are ensuring every detail is handled with precision. The machine has undergone a full factory test under working conditions, confirming its performance in speed, cutting accuracy, and system stability. After passing the inspection, it was carefully packaged with reinforced strapping, anti-corrosion coatings, and vibration-dampening materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
The receiving client in the UAE has been in constant contact with our support staff, finalizing site preparations and confirming installation arrangements. Upon arrival, our technicians will assist with assembly, calibration, and operator training. One of our company’s strengths is not just selling machines, but offering full lifecycle support—from production line design to after-sales service.
The C89 machine being delivered is equipped with features tailored to modern light steel construction needs:
Profile Width Range: C89 studs
Integrated Punching Units: Pre-cut holes for wiring, plumbing, and connections
Servo Feeding System: For accurate length control and material positioning
Automatic Stacker (Optional): To streamline post-forming processes
The UAE customer plans to deploy the machine for housing projects in both Sharjah and Dubai, where rapid construction timelines and tight quality standards require machinery that can deliver consistent, precise framing components at scale.
Looking at the broader picture, this shipment represents more than a single transaction—it marks our entry into a growing network of Middle Eastern professionals who value quality, speed, and reliability in construction machinery. As countries across the Gulf accelerate their infrastructure development plans under national visions like Saudi Vision 2030 and UAE’s urban expansion initiatives, the need for advanced roll forming technology is only increasing.
We are proud to be playing a part in this transformation. Our January tour showed us that Middle Eastern companies are not only looking for suppliers—they are looking for partners. Companies that can provide real engineering insights, trustworthy advice, and responsive technical support. With this shipment, we are demonstrating our ability to meet those expectations and contribute meaningfully to regional progress.
This is just the beginning. With multiple inquiries still under negotiation, and our growing reputation in the region, we expect additional orders to follow in the months ahead. The relationships we built in Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia will continue to evolve as we deepen our presence and broaden our product offerings.
As the C89 machine begins its journey to the UAE today, we are filled with optimism and gratitude—for the customers who trust us, the exhibitions that gave us a platform, and the team that continues to drive our mission forward.
